UV-Direktdruck

UV direct printing

UV direct printing is considered the most versatile DTO (Direct-to-Object) process. No other type of digital printing is as flexible.
The main difference to other digital printing processes (water or solvent based) is
that the ink lies on the surface of the printing material and only hardens when irradiated with ultraviolet light.
This means that almost all materials can be printed on, so there are hardly any limits to your creativity.
UV printers are now available from almost all renowned printer manufacturers. They are available in many sizes, as flatbed or roll printers.
The UV inks used for this do not contain any solvents and are considered particularly environmentally friendly.

Print without borders

A variety of materials can be printed using UV printing.
The low curing temperatures also make it possible to print on heat-sensitive materials, such as circuit boards or computer components.
Possible printable substrates include wood, glass, ceramics, leather, metal, cardboard, PVC rigid foam panels, aluminum composite panels, as well as a wide range of plastics.
