There are two different sized plugs on the cartridge. The large one is for filling, while the small plug must be open during operation so that there is no vacuum in the cartridge and the ink can flow.

Note : Since there is currently neither an auto reset chip nor a chip resetter for this printer model, the chips on the cartridges must be replaced regularly. You will receive a chip as standard when you purchase 1 liter of Ultramax DG ink: 1 liter refill ink compatible with Epson® SureColor F2000

• 1x empty refill cartridge with disposable chip for CMYK or 2x refill cartridges for white (1x type A chip and 1x type B chip each). White can only be ordered in pairs because the Epson printers are 2x white Need cartridges that require a different chip code.
