UV DTF films for producing stickers with UV inks
 Product description
With With our UV-DTF films you can print your UV prints directly onto hard substrates transmitted.
Instead of printing objects directly, you can print on our UV-DTF film which creates a sticker.
These can then be transferred to the desired printing material.
A NOTICE:
Although the stickers created in this way are waterproof and quite robust, they are not as resistant to mechanical stress as direct UV printing on objects.

Your own experiments and tests are therefore essential!
The UV-DTF prints adhere to almost all hard substrates, including cardboard, canvas, plastic, leather, glass, wood, metal and many other materials.
For optimal quality we recommend using UV gloss varnish. In addition, some substrates require chemical Adhesion promoter to clean the surface and ensure good adhesion guarantee.
Using a laminator is necessary.


workflow

1. Print the A film with the desired motif.
2. Peel the printed A film from the carrier material and laminate it with the B film.
3. Cut out the motif and separate the A and B films from each other.
4. Place the motif on the printing material and transfer it with pressure and peel off the carrier material.

Our offer consists of the “A-Film” as sheet material and the “B-Film” as roll material:

  • 1 roll of laminating film (B-film), 30cm x 50m
